    Where We Ship

    We currently ship framed 28x35cm Beer Cap Prints to European Union (EU) member countries only.

    Unframed Printjes (10x15cm photo prints) can be shipped worldwide.

    Framed prints:
    We ship within the 27 EU countries, including:
    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

    We do not ship framed prints to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, US, Canada, or any other non-EU country.

    Shipping Details

    • Carrier: Orders are shipped via a trusted courier with tracking.

    • Processing time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

    • Estimated delivery: Most EU deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on location and package size.

    Local Pickup (Brussels)

    Prefer to save on shipping or visiting from outside the EU? Choose local pickup at checkout — it’s completely free.

    Your order will be ready within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s available at:

    Please collect your order within 14 days of your pickup notification. Can’t make it? Email me at beercaps@clifflucas.com with your order number and we’ll sort out an alternative.

    No Customs or Import Fees (for Framed Prints)

    Since we only ship framed prints within the EU, no customs declarations or import taxes apply.

    Packaging

    Each print is packed by hand using recycled and protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

    I want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy, here’s how returns work:

    Returns (Framed Prints – EU only)

    • You may return framed prints within 14 days of delivery.

    • Please email beercaps@clifflucas.com before returning anything.

    • A €40 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. (Framed prints are made to order.)

    • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

    • If the item is damaged during return due to poor packaging, I can’t issue a refund.

    Damaged Orders

    If your item arrives damaged:

    • Email me at beercaps@clifflucas.com within 3 days of delivery

    • Include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label

    • I’ll offer a refund or replacement, depending on availability

    • I may need those photos to file a shipping claim

    Not Returnable

    • Printjes (10x15cm unframed prints) are not returnable

    • Digital downloads (if offered)

    • Custom or signed prints, unless damaged during shipping

    6. VAT Number Collection

    If you provide your VAT number during checkout, we collect and process this information solely for the purpose of issuing compliant invoices and fulfilling our tax obligations under EU VAT laws. This data is not shared with third parties except where required for accounting, taxation, or legal compliance. You have the right to access or request deletion of your data at any time.     3. Shipping

    - Currently shipping framed, 28×35cm framed prints within the EU only. 10×15cm Printjes ship worldwide.

    - Shipping times vary by country. I’ll send updates when your order ships.

    - You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All images and content on this website belong to me, unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse or reproduce them without permission.

    6. Liability

    Cliff Lucas is not responsible for indirect damages from the use of this website. That said, I’ll always aim to resolve any issue fairly.
