  • We currently ship to all European Union (EU) member countries only.

    Where We Ship

    We ship within the 27 EU countries, which include:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

    We do not ship to countries outside the EU, including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or any other non-EU countries at this time.

    Shipping Details

    *Carrier: Orders are shipped via a trusted courier service with tracking.

    *Processing time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

    *Estimated delivery: Most EU deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    *Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

    Local Pickup (Brussels)

    If you’d prefer to save on shipping costs, or if you’re visiting Belgium from outside the EU, you can choose local pickup at checkout — it’s completely free.

    Your order will be prepared within the usual 3–5 business days, and you'll receive an email notification when it's ready for pickup at:

    The team at Beer Mania has generously offered to host this pickup option. You can collect your print during their regular opening hours:

    Monday–Tuesday: 11:00–20:00
    Wednesday–Saturday: 11:00–21:00
    Sunday: Closed

    We kindly ask that you pick up your item within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification. If you're unable to make it in time, please email me at beercaps@clifflucas.com with your order number, and we’ll work together on an alternative solution.

    No Customs or Import Fees

    Because we ship exclusively within the EU, no customs declarations or import taxes apply. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

    Packaging

    All prints are carefully packed by hand using recycled and protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

    I want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy, here’s how returns work:

    Returns (EU only)

    - You may return physical prints within 14 days of delivery.

    - Please email me at beercaps@clifflucas.com before returning anything.

    - A €40 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note orders are printed and framed upon order.

    - Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

    - If the item is damaged during the return due to poor packaging, I can’t issue a refund.

    Damaged Orders

    If your print arrives damaged:

    - Email me within 3 days of delivery.

    - Include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

    - I’ll offer a refund or replacement — your choice, depending on print availability.

    - I may need those photos to file a shipping claim.

    Not Returnable

    - Digital downloads (once offered)

    - Custom or signed prints (unless damaged during shipping)

    If you provide your VAT number during checkout, we collect and process this information solely for the purpose of issuing compliant invoices and fulfilling our tax obligations under EU VAT laws. This data is not shared with third parties except where required for accounting, taxation, or legal compliance. You have the right to access or request deletion of your data at any time.
